During his time in Sydney Australia, our Matthew Taylor (Acting Lead Quantity Surveyor and Bank Certifier) for our Client GL Investments Trust Nr 1, delivered the Hyatt Regency in Sydney Australia, in which all phases of the project were completed in Q4 2017. Our Matthew's Role for this Project included Quantity Surveying Services and Bank Certifier Role.
The Project included the following works –
· Demolition of Decommissioned Substation
· New Build 188 Short Stay Guestrooms.
· Public areas including Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Reception, Out Door Dining Atrium, Meeting Rooms and 24Hr Gym Facilities.
