Matthew has contributed to multiple key flagship projects for esteemed clients across different countries, including Australia, the UK, the USA, Thailand, New Zealand, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Throughout his tenure in the industry, he has cultivated a vast network of contacts, ranging from Suppliers to Contractors and Subcontractors, rendering him indispensable to any project.

Drawing from his wealth of knowledge in the Hospitality sector, Matthew possesses the expertise necessary to evaluate the requirements of both the operator and owner, thereby optimizing the project's chances of success. Sandra has over 20 years of experience in the Banking and Administration Industry in senior management roles. She is responsible for the Administration and Bookkeeping Duties for not only TR Management but also for our projects and contracts. Sandra is the well-balanced oil that keeps our engine turning and operating smoothly.

Lee has accumulated over 15 years of Project and Site Management expertise, collaborating with some of the world's largest Tier 1 Contractors, such as Vinci and ISG, and serving major BlueChip companies like Amazon.

Before venturing into the Construction Industry, Lee dedicated 10 years of his life to the Paratroopers Second Battalion Parachute Regiment, reaching the rank of Sergeant. This military background infuses his work with precision and control measures that mirror his military training. Lee's rapid response and meticulous attention to detail empower him to efficiently establish and oversee any project he undertakes.

Lee has been an integral part of TR Management since its inception and previously partnered with our very own Matthew Taylor at Taylor Gassner GmbH, commencing in 2022. In this capacity, he contributed as an on-site Project Manager on multiple Hotel Projects led by Matthew.
